The verified ZIP was 218,974 bytes with three members, including one XLSX workbook and a field-description text. Archive CRC checks passed. The workbook had eight expected columns, two description/unit rows and one effective company/date row. Field descriptions matched the selection; the data matched the requested code/date, with no duplicate key or missing selected values.
Read codes as text. Separate description/unit rows from observations using the actual data-key contract; do not count every workbook row as a company or blindly drop a fixed row count for another version. Validate the archive without extracting member names into filesystem paths. Source files and detailed receipts remain outside Git.

csmar_browser_download remains a non-executable reference. This eight-column example is not passed to the existing 15-column csmar_process_company_info screen. That processor is separately available through run-tool/MCP; no real industry screening was performed here.
Classification changes and normalization belong in enterprise-source methods. A registered region or industry label does not directly identify a production facility or its emissions.
